PROCESS
INSPECTION AND BEGINNING PROCESS
All batteries upon receipt are thoroughly clean and inspected. The best cores are chosen and they are run through a desolation charge cycle.
DESULPHATED AND CAPACITY TESTED
A through load test is completed to make sure it delivers 80% capacity. Then it is put through a finish charge, painted, and new cables, connectors and shrouds are installed.
EXTENSIVE QUALITY CONTROL
Each battery is thoroughly reviewed to ensure voltages and specific gravities are correct.
SHIPMENT
Lastly and additional accessories are added and a visual inspection is performed. Our goal is to ship all in-stock batteries within 2 business days.
